Refurbishment project
(HMO Room)
We undertook a comprehensive refurbishment project at one of the HMO properties that we currently maintain. The bedroom's feature wall was peeling, with multiple marks and holes. Our team completely redecorated the room, including the walls, ceilings, and woodwork (skirting boards and window sills), restoring the room to a high standard.
The en-suite was completely overhauled with new features added and a full redecoration was completed to a high standard.
This project had a strict two-week timeline, driven by the need to complete the work before the arrival of the next tenant. Our team successfully met this challenging deadline, ensuring the room was fully renovated and ready for occupancy on schedule.
Electrical Installation
New Build Development in Guildford

As one of the electrical subcontractors, we were responsible for all electrical work across the properties. Justin Goldie led the majority of the installation process, overseeing the project from start to finish, with support from Matthew. These images showcase our attention to detail and our capacity to manage larger-scale projects where strict deadlines and high-quality standards are critical.
